Default SGT works a little more magic

I was down a good number of ponies from running too rich on the fpr. It's all good now though. This is with smoothing off.

We have another little surprise for next weekend as well. Should be an interesting race.

Balanced and blueprinted by SGT.
Header and race exhaust from SMS.

The rest of the mods are just common boltons. Intake, fpr, alternator pulley, blahblahblah.

So whats next on the agenda? A nice set of cams would go really good with that setup. Those are some nice numbers.

Warren runs his car in Honda-Challenge, so cams are out of the question.

And yes its fast, loud and multicolored

Wow, you guys are making so much power with so little in mods. What's your secret??? Does the SMS header and exhaust make that big a difference? Are you guys using cam gears, thin head gasket? I hope I make at least as much as you guys after my Skunk2 stage1 cams go in. I am currently at 180 hp so hopefully the cams will give me at least 10hp...

I think that it is the tuning, along with that damn header! (can you tell that I want one). I think that we should get a group buy going on some SGT tuning, we chip in to buy him a plane ticket, and he comes to Toronto to tune all the Hondata cars here

I agree with you Wayne. I have not purchased a Hondata yet because there is no one up here that has to skills to really tune them. I want that header too but no dollars yet as money is being saved for that carbob fiber hood you're going to get me.

That's the first thing I noticed. It's damn near flat throughout the whole RPM band

Nice work!

I wish there was a good Hondata tuner like SgT where I live. All I know of is Alamo Autosports and Jotech around here. I dont need tuning now because I havent started mods yet but it would be nice to know whats available. The thing about Alamo is that they do mostly turbo cars.

No cam gears (not allowed). Stock head gasket.

That's some good power with little tuning. What exact tuning do the rules allow you to do? No Hondata? Or are you just not allowed to change the VTEC engagement point?

I believe George also has some mild head work.
