noise and jerk when taking off?

noise and jerk when taking off?
i did a b16a2 swap into my 98 civic dx .i notice that when i take off it makes a noise sometimes .it think its the axles and it also jerks when im taking off .any ideas what this might be?helppppppppppppppp
