anyone know what code 45 is?????

my 2000 R is running fine but my check engine light is on
and throwing code 45 but I can't find anything on code 45.

Thanks sneaky

I got a valve adjustment done about a week ago and it came on
I reset the computer and it went off but it came back on today

get'm checked again.. keep the CEL on when you bring it back as well... tell them what the code is and what it means, so they should have no arguement its something else on the car.
