Does anyone have an opinion on using nylog on o-rings in the air conditioner sytem? Not sure if I should use nylog or just coat them with mineral oil.

Nylog is a sticky oil used to lubricate o-rings. I have the proper o-rings, just want an opinion on whether to coat o-rings with oil or nylog. Thanks
