Default Ecu Swap

hey guys i have a 90 Std civic which has the B1 motor and the pm9 ecu. what i was wondering since the pm9 has a crappy fuel map and and 6600 rpm redline, would swapping a pm5 make in run better, which has a better fuel map and a 7200 rpm redline and are both setup for dpfi? would there be any noticeable difference or would it even work?

If you have an extra one laying around.... go for it. If you would have to buy one, I don't think it will make enough of a difference to justify spending money on it.
