Difference(s) between JDM ITR head and USDM ITR head?
As far as I know, the actual heads are the same. The intake manifold is different though. And the cams may or may not be. I haven't come to a conclusion on that yet.

And how is that?
Cams.. are only different depending on which year of ITR head/s you are asking about..

Certain smog equipment. I think it's the EGR or something. I'll look at my manifold and my friends manifold today and I'll tell you for sure later on.

head and cams are identical. compression on jdm is slightly higher but thats on the lower short block. anyways dc2 has no egr. sgt is right on the evap and vacuum. the runners on the jdm intake manifold is shorter and slightly wider than usdm. the skunk2 one is perfect example of jdm itr manifold
