This is according to my 1994 Helms Manual:
Intake: 0.08 - 0.12 mm (0.003 - 0.005 in)
Exhaust: 0.16 - 0.20 mm (0.006 - 0.008 in)
thats if you haven't already done it. Hope that helps...
