Those of you with short shifters!
Ok I have a 00 gs-r and installed a dc sport short shifter, but it seems a little tought to go into first some times not all the time just some. Is this normal if not what went wrong and how can i fix it???

Mine seems fine (DC also) but I also installed the energy suspension shifter bushing at the same time. I bet that addition would work-out well for you also.
