Default Injector Questions, horsepower and flow rates

I'm looking at injectors and I am finding some information that is boggling my mind.

Here is the vehicle:
2001 itr
TODA B and misc accessories
HyTech header(not yet installed)
A'PEXi PowerFC
No FPR

Here is what I am looking at:
210 WHP(you never know, setting my sights high)
210 WHP with a 12% loss through drivetrain translates to 239 BHP

Injector formula:
(BHP X Brake Specific Fuel Consumption)/(injectors X maximum duty cycle)=lbs./hr per injector --> to get cc per minute you multiply it by 10.50
Brake Specific Fuel Consumtion: .50lbs. of fuel per hour for each horsepower
Maximum duty cycle=80% is an approximate industry standard

This translates to:
(239 X .5)/(4 X .8)=37.34 lbs/hr
Converts to cc/min=37.34 X 10.50=392 cc/min
392 cc/min

Did I do something wrong ? Do I really need something this large? Any ideas?

With the PowerFC slightly tuned to run a rich mixture at 6600 rpm I have a 66% duty cycle(as reported by the PowerFC), but at around 8800 I am hitting 100%(as reported by the PowerFC).

Thank you,
Austin
