My guess is any aftermarket cat will take it. Your best bet is a test-pipe, nothing to melt. But I stayed away from them because of the smell, and hefty fines. Also, how many miles are on your car? It could just be old, or you may be running too rich or lean, which may be harsh on the catalysts, and ware it out quicker. Are you throwing a code? Why do you think its burnt out?

What shot are you running? I doubt its possible but the bottle pressure may have dropped over the coarse of you being at the track.

I am running a 65 shot... yeah bottle pressure may have went down but not that much to make a half second difference. I will look into the Jackson Racing cat. Im looking at Catco right now... anyone have an opinion on a high-flow cat for me???

Screw the JR cat. Every single product JR makes is a rebadged product from another company, meaning you can 9 times out of 10 find the same product for much cheaper.

Go for a Carsound. Contact "SMSP", he custom fabricates them for your specific application.

I don't think you melted your cat. Not with a 65 shot. Take it out and see if anything happened to it.

I dont think there is a afermarket cat out there worth a damn. they all have short lifespans before fialure of some sort occur. Purchase a testpipe (unless you feel like shelling our around a grand for an OEM cat) and when emissions come time to pass just put your cat(which more than likely is not melted) back on.

I don't think i will go with Jackson Racing... i have seen alot of people on here using the carsound cat. Im also looking into catco converters. I really don't want a test pipe, maybe ill learn my lesson when an aftermarket cat ***** the bed. The reason why i think its melted is because i ran 14.6 my first run, then the best i could do after that was 15.0. That is a big difference and obviously something is wrong. I just need to figure out what
