Is there such a thing as a GPS transmitter for Anti Theft?
Isn't this what they used to know the where abouts of Mr Scott Peterson?
I'm looking for something simple and cheaper so I could
put on all my vehicles(4).

--- Then GPS is not for you.
One of the best is CSI Wireless, out of California.
they make Mobillus for Datacom, or Datacom for Mobillus (can never remember), and the new DEI one.

That sure is a nice way to ask. I got mine from tigerdirect.com from a link from someone here that posted about it. They are no longer selling them and I don't know who currently is. I would need to do some asking around with my current provider to see who is. I just don't jave the time right now hit me up in about two weeks. Do some internet searching their are a lot of companies offering GPS.
http://www.idc-us.com/Mobile.asp is the company that makes the tracking device everyone is using.

On star has that feature .... I Dont know what it costs per month or anything ... and I wouldnt want that stupid console in my car ... but they do offer gps tracking of cars ....
Good luck finding someone local. Most Tracking systems are cellular GPS based systems. Pretty much where ever their is Anolog cellular service your tracking device will work. So just about everyone is covered. I think their is a place called Omega Research that also is selling the tracking device I listed. I have no idea what they are selling them for.

I dont know the pricing, but i also just noticed that clifford has come out with a GPS tracking system. I think its a pretty good guess thats its more expensive than the one above. The most likely obvious benefit is that its compatible with their security systems and such...
