I am running DA GCs with EG KYB AGXs..... (aphabet soup)
yes, you do need to run front eg shock forks if you use the eg shocks

All stock EG stuff won't fit. I tried a set of Neuspeed springs and stock 5g sturts and that didn't work. The fronts (with EG fork) were WAY too tall and would have given a good 4 or 5 inch RAISE - IF- I could have even pried the suspension open enough to force them in there. The shock was just too tall.
It's probably a totally different matter with aftermarket adjustable ride height coilovers with a shortened shock. I would say go with ED/EF stuff and not even bother with the EG parts.
-EDIT- Rears fit just fine.

yea, even with coilovers, the fronts may be an issue getting them low enough. we'll probably just get them in and see. if they dont work, thell go up for sale or back to the manufacter.
