94 accord Lock Mechanism
somethings terrible wrong wih the lock mechanism...
Im in the car.. try to push down LOCK button to LOCK.. and all of the doors lock.. except for the drivers side.. It looks like its trying to push down and lock.. but no dice. The only way I can lock the entire car is by using the Key on the outside of the vehicle.. anyone know what might be causing this exactly?

In order to not have people locking their keys in the car, honda decided to hvae the doors only lock when the door is closed, that way you are most likely using the key to lock the door, the only way to get it to lock with the door open is to hold the handle as if you were opening the door and push down the lock button at the same time, at that point might as well just use the key and then you know you didn't lock them in the car and all the doors are locked as well.
Thank You Honda for keeping me from locking my keys in
Its just a hard 2 seconds out of my time to find the keyhole and turn.. lol.. i guess I shall live with it

Or you could try this...
With the door open, pull on the inside door-opening lever. While you hold that lever out, push on the lock lever.
Then don't forget to take the keys with you.
