Default Radiator Fan question

What controls the radiator fan? Because my radiator fan doesn't turn on, And now i noticed smoke coming out of my radiator. When I turn on the A/C both fans work?

You need to get this checked out soon. You should not have smoke coming out of your radiator. Does the car overheat?

No the car does not over heat. I think the smoke is caused by the top plastic part on the radiator becuase there is a leak some where.

If your car isn't getting too hot, there is no reason for the fans to come on. They come on when you turn on the A/C b/c you need more airflow for the condensor to work.

If you have a leak in your radiator get it fixed!
