Default fuel leaking from the tank

well i parked my car in the garaged and the next the garage was polluted with gas fumes. so looked for leaks and found it on the tank..

i think it is caused by my muffler too close to it and the vibration cuz the tank to leak... not really sure where the is exactly but i know its not that bad...

is this a normal thing? i got a 00 civic with apex world sport exhaust...

Nope. Find a used tank (if you don't want to waste your $$), install it, then hang your exhaust in a better place. (i.e. at least 1" away from your tank- using good rubber dampers.)
