***B20 into a CRX dx...what type of intake manifold to use?***

Default ***B20 into a CRX dx...what type of intake manifold to use?***

The search was unclear...I want to put a b20 into a '89 crx dx and want to know what kind of intake manifold AND INTAKE will I need to put on it to make it clear the hood(or will the stock one off the b20 work fine??)....Also whats the best tranny to pair up with a b20 for an all motor daily driver?? (I'll be putin a vtec head on it later when I save up money!) THANX!

any ls mandfolds will work. the b20 will work if its not the big tall one if the car is going to stay all motor i would get a b 16 with lsd

like he said the Ls mani will work fine, and just turbo that sucker after!

I think you have to use a 90 to 91 integra obd0
mandfold,injectors and dist. but not sure.

Stay away from the 1990-1993 LS intake manifold!! The intake runners on this manifold are MUCH smaller than the ports on the B20 and will NOT match up. This will pose a major restriction. Instead, go with either a 1994-1995 LS intake manifold or a Skunk2 intake manifold.

That's what I have been told as well. You can run a intake manifold from a OBDI engine and still use you OBD0 injectors. If you don't want to convert to OBDI.

If you are doing b20/vtec then of course a b16 manifold will work, if its a complete b20 then the LS will work.

yes the 94-95 intake manifold works for obd0...i have it on my b18a in my crx...and i have the map sensor moved to the throttle body also.
