are you doing it yourself or having a shop? You have to remove your whole interior (dash can stay), then remove the windshield (if it doesnt break), then drill all the spotwelds on your roof skin. Remove the roof skin, drill all the spot welds on the glasstop roof skin, then put the glasstop on your car and re-spotweld everything. Seam seal it all and then paint the roof. You will probably need a new windshield seal too.
I have no clue what a body shop charges for replacing a roof skin, but I am sure its not cheap.

yeah, i agree with the others. i don't really think it is worth the money or effort, because i'm sure it will be pricey to install. get some performance parts or something.
