yes they are all connected right, but i think it has to do with the accord sohc vs the h22.. i mean the sohc dont know bout butterflies and the other "benifits" of the H22.. am i right? or am i just as good as i ll get?
besides the fuel and other problems... redline, vtec and other things suck with the sohc too

one thing that you didn't get quite right ..
accord SIR-T only appeared in japan for 96-97 where they were sunig the
F20B2 engine ( not the same as F20B wich is a SOHC engine )
this is actually a destroked H22a with a lot better RS ratio that can be pushed up alittle more than the H22
in 98 the accord changed frame to the latest ( just before the TSX/accord 2004 one)
and in early 99 accord EURO R were avaible with an H22a that was wearing a type R single runner type manifold intake and tunned a little further up to 220ps instead of 200ps of the accord SIR-T
i encourage you to try the F20B2 ecu from 96-97accord SIR-T
but you will get more gains using a convertion plug and a GSR tunned to type R+ specs ecu
