i think it looks cool at night because it makes it look like everything inside the car is glowing.. the only way to see the actuall light is to look up by the roof right at it

just remember to balance the show with speed.. for every 1 lighting accesory or stick on plastic crap get 2 speed products. keep yourself in check!!

Seriously though, don't let everyone get you down. If you like the light, then keep the light. Whatever you do there's always going to be someone who thinks what you're doing is dumb. Just do what you want. The difference is, on this board there's a disproportionate amount of people who think that the blacklights are dumb. I'm sure it's more equal out on the streets.

Friend of mine used to have a blacklight in his CRX. We used to go cruise around downtown listening to Too Short on dual 15" subs wearing white club shirts and trying to pick up hoochies. I'd never do that for my car, but it was cool in his .

P.S. To tell you a 'secret' (don't tell anyone, LOL) I'm actually busy painting half my interior components (like dash inserts, gauge cluster, bits on the e-brake assembly) bright blue... half the people on this board would be on my *** if I posted pics about it, but I have my reasons so fvck 'em .

Nice stereo setup man! about the light or the painted dash, whatever floats your boat, its your car and you should be able to do whatever you want to it, dont fold to peer pressure.
