Watch it while somebody picks up on the door while open. If it has play, replace it.

I had this problem in my drivers side door. Just replace the hinge and it will solve the problem.

Sometimes when you jack up the car from one side and leave it at a wierd angle over time the chassis starts to twist and the door sometimes has a harder time closing. I have the same problem it seems like the door tends to scrap before it goes it actually locks.

It looks really bad. I saw this happen on a CRX that my brother owned, but it looked like his door hinges were different. Good to konw I can fix this easily. Thanks for the info everyone.

You can jack up your door with a floor jack. I did it to my drivers side and it fixed it!

COOL, that will be a good quick fix until I have some time to fix it the right way.
