Default what about timing?

everyone has been talking about the mini me swap and stuff. the hf dist. does bolt up to the z6 head with slight modification. my question is how do i know where the timing is? the dist is on but not in the proper spot. then i use a timing light to see, but the dist is only going to slide so far. how did you guys do your timing?

Maybe they had to change the actual belt timing.

your suposed to use the z6 timing belt. use a timing light to set your timing after the engine is in.

so i set the timing belt like the manual would say, then just turn the dist. to dial it in. but there's only so far it can turn, what happens if it can turn anymore?
