Don't quote me on this...the sports I think are around 350 +/- ? Anyone know if the rates are progressive or linear?

H&R Race spring rates: 583F/450R (linear)
H&R Sports (and OE): 276F/220R (progressive rear)
These are the spring rates for g3 Integras. Civics are much lower and g2 Teg are different also.
The race springs are mainly for road racing.
