Default Can I use my stock A/C lines if I did a motor swap? Please Help.

I recently did a motor swap in my 1997 Honda Civic Ex. I now have a B16a2 motor. The only problem is I want to keep my A/C cause it is too damn hot without it. When the guy installed the motor, I think he didn't connect my A/C cause when I turn it on there is none. I also notice that the line that is suppose to go to the A/C unit is bent and broken. So my question is: When I go buy a new A/C line, do I get one for a D16Y8 motor or the B16A2 motor? I'm confused, please help.
