Most of the Florida kR3w know each other so when we see each other we wave or give the middle finger salute

This morning, while driving to work, I saw an R that I had never seen before. PY w/cf hood just like me, so I stick my hand out the window and wave for like 5 minutes before we actually passed each other. She, yes, I said she, didn't even wave back at me.

And just for the record, that makes 3 female PY R owners in Central Florida

 

down south here they just give that "im better than you stare" it's stupid...

R owners up here are dicks too, they think their R is the **** bc they have headers and an exhaust. Thats when I decide to blow their doors off with my innocent stock looking R :evil: I get more waves from S2K owners...go figure

 

I just saw a female 98 R owner the other day in Richmond.

When I had my bike, everyone waved...guys on crotch rocket or harleys, didn't matter. I hate when peeps think they're too good to wave back, for whatever reason

 

some hooker up here in jax was right next to me in her PY and wouldnt even turn her head. I waved and honked at her. she was a troll anyway, but get a grip. Everyone else i have seen in Jax has always waved or even pulled over to talk

There is one guy in DE with another PY R and he proceeds to 'ricer-fly-by' whenever he sees me. The other guy drives from JDM front black R with a turbo kit... he's a dick. (JFWY Andy.)

 

I wave at all my fellow R owners. However I hardly ever see any here in Nebraska

That hasn't happened to me yet. Maybe because I'm the only Rrrr in this area.

I remember one time I went southeast of Tampa and met another fellow owner of a PY just like mine. I was stuck in a traffic light an he was going through a free lane. When the guy saw me almost blew his horn in pieces and started to wave like he just had an euphoric attack. He made a lot of noise and I was so shocked that I reacted late to wave back. Maybe he thought I was a cocky ****.

When I see another Type-R (once, maybe twice every 6 months) its usually parked.

 

I dont think Ive had a fellow ITR owner *not* wave at me, intresting. Hell I get other CRV owners waving at me sometimes when Im in the V.

I waved the rare times I saw another Hype R in Raleigh. Best response I got was from Shawn (snapspinnr) when I came up on him on I-40. This was Jan, Feb of 2000, we about ran into each other hollering and waving

I try to wave to four-eyed Volvos, too. My arm would fall off if I waved to every brick I saw.

Get the most waves in the Scout, from other 4wd drivers. Well, except the ******* kids that built their Jeeps with daddy's checkbook and 4wheelparts catalog

 

The only PY ITR I see around Orlando is that so called Real type R guy. I think his name is Mark lol kidding man..-----middle finger------ you tard...

i always wave too but there is a girl in Tampa with a PY ITR with accord front that never waves back .

Some people just too concentrate on driving and ignore everything around him/her... maybe she is one of those...

maybe she is driving her bf ITR and can't really tell the different from a R to an Integra?? who knows???

 

I see a ton here in Chi-town. I try and wave at everyone if I'm paying attention (sorry ITR 2k) and give them a little salute. Some people do seem to have that "I'm better than you" feeling, but whatever.

I actually ran into a 16 year old ITR owner one day and I was driving my beater FOX. I ended up next to him at a light and he had all his "homies" in the car with him. I told him nice R, as it was clean and looked brand new, taken this was back in 2001. He laughed, told me nice piece of junk, and did the ricer peel out. Needless to say, he ended up in the same place as me in a mall (I was going to Ballys, he was going somewhere else), and I rectified the sitaution. Boy that kid was scared shitless.

I actually find there is more respect among the older R owners. Again, not giving false generalizations, just my opinion here in Chicago.

In my Dad's day with the Grand National, their owners not only wave but pull over to talk. Its pretty funny

I've seen that chic driving around too... Just wondering, is the spanish dude w/the PY w/JDM front end and greddy kit on this board? Also I saw some white guy in a PY R the other day and he gave me a nod like "whats up"... maybe it was one of you guys

 

I give a "" too all the R owners I see. Good 95% asian, and they seem to just smerk at me. Maybe they don't like me because I have colored skin. Who knows?

- Oh out of the like ummmm 100 R's i've seen the only person who smiled and waved back was a old white guy. Go figure..........
