Default F4 Gearbox Installation

I need to replace my g/b, its a f4 Auto Box, outta a 86 SI Lude. Anyone know how difficult these are to install?
Should i get a pro to do it? I got quoted $300NZ ($150US) for installation, and the gearbox is costing me $600 NZ.

150 is CHEAP for tranny work. At least here in the states. If you trust the guy, then i'd say go for it. it'll save you alot of the pain and hassle of doing it yourself.
