Toda header + euro cat

Will the Toda Racing 4-2-1 header bolt directly on to stock eurospec cat?

Did search found nothing.

No. The Toda has a 65mm flange and the stock euro cat a 50 mm flange.
The Eurospec ITR cat and the USDM cat are the same....
