TODA header!!
Alright... my friend just got his TODA 4-2-1 header today after a long boat ride across the pacific(6 weeks) KINGMOTORSPORTS 
well I told him he will need a ITR cat. Which i think i am right but not sure. IF there is any other suggestions or if I am wrong please let me know thank you. oh yea its a B16 in a EG

He will need a USDM length cat with a 2.5" collector sized flange. Unless he is running some jdm spec exhause ie. buddyclub or something...then he can use the jdm itr cat.
