Looking for a clean 1997 R (Former R owner needs your HELP)
Well it has been 5 months since 01-0347 was stolen. I have been thinking very long and hard about getting another R to replace 01-0347. I have decided that if I can find a Clean Title 1997 R with no accidents and at a reasonable price I might as well get back in to the game. So my Type R bothers can you help me find my next R?
I remember seeing a nice looking '97 on here just the other day...

http://www.autotrader.com/find...t=589 Met the owner of this one at Expo. Very well cared for '97 and a nice guy.
http://www.autotrader.com/find...st=92 This one has been for sale almost since I bought mine last August. Prime-time car, just poor market I guess.
Hmmm, and my 1997th post. Scary!

Thanks for the replies. Man I never knew that 1997 R's are still priced at 18k. I thought they would be around 15k or so but not 18k. Hell for 18k I might as well get myself a 2001 stock R.

Its because people are willing to pay more for a 1997 model. Champ white and no rear wiper/nozzle or AC. Plus, its the different front end R.

I might be interested in selling mine. 97 ITR # 98 w/ 54K miles. No accidents of any kind. A few chips from curb on lip spoiler. Other than just a few very minor things the car is perfect. Id entertain a price around 16K. E-mail me for pics and more info if your interested.
Oh well after a extensive search online, I have concluded that the market for 1997 R are still alittle too hot right now. I will wait a while longer and see in any cheaper 1997 R pop up. But thanks for the replies anyways.
