They make the module you need. I plan to make this mod this summer when I get some time.

It's called Power Window Roll Up Module. Audiovox makes one too. It can be added to any alarm system as an option and you hook it up to the "300mA ground when armed" output for the starter killer or any other extra channel with this type of output.
The good thing is you don't have to have an alarm in order to use this device as an automatic windows up function.
Things you need: The module with wiring diagram, a constant source of 12V with no less than ~10 A (you might need to run a 14 or 16 ga. fused wire through the door boot to a constant source at the fuse box or ign. harness), a bunch of red butt connectors, toggle switch, ground terminal w/ screw, zip ties, and the right tools (wire cutter and stripper, and a drill, etc).
How to: Remove the driver door panel, undo the power window master switch without disconnecting it. Identify the wires that show 12V when press the switch up for both windows. Cut them and connect in series the corresponding wires from the module indicated by the wiring diagram. Ground the unit and one end of the toggle switch. Connect the module to the constant 12V source. Run the orange wire to the most convenient location of the toggle switch and connect it to the other end of it. Fasten the module to the door frame and zip tie all the wires, check for clearance, put everything back together. Done.
Notes:
1) There might be other more creative ways to switch the module to roll up the windows. That's the installer criteria.
2) The installation might be a lil longer and conplicated than what it seems.
Good luck

Are you talking about inegrated alarm features or the window switch? I've been thinking about a window switch that'll auto up while driving, so I don't have to hold it. I thought everyone knew you could do that with an alarm, but what good is that while driving?
Doesn't the RSX have auto up & down on the driver's window?

thanks for the info
i searched for roll up modules, the ones i found so far are designed to work with alarm. - does that mean I will only control window up with remote? cause i only want to integrate it into my current down/up button on the door panel

All window modules operate the same, don't matter who makes them. You can use any switching device to activate them. j00 don't need an alarm!

Even, by the use of a couple of relays you can also make the same factory switch to work with the module.

The way my alarm was installed, the window switches in the driver's side door feed a DEI window control module, as well as the buttons on the key fob. So I now have auto up and auto down for both windows from the keychain and from the driver's door switches. The passenger door window switch is still momentary.

I see, I see. I'll be getting my Viper 350 installed on Friday, to replace whatever the previous owner had in it.
Does DEI still make the module that lets you interface through an 800 # and touchtone phone? That'd be a neat feature
