Default Toda Spec C cams

If i run the Toda spec c cams along with the cam pulleys and the valve spring kit what will my car do? Also do I need any other mods on my car to prepare it for the extra horsepower?

You need a lot more fuel and an upgraded ECU is recommended. Also test pipe and good header is all but required to get the most out of them.

What do you do to get more fuel into it? Increase fuel pressure with an adjustable regulator? Would you need a higher flow pump or injectors for TODA C power potential? Lip uses Cs with individual throttle bodies, headwork, high compression, and a HiTech drag header, good for 240+ whp.

I thought C cams were for race use only though, right? Why? Do Spec Bs and Cs give the car a lopey idle? I love that sound.

Uncle Lip's car is not your average everyday modded integra though. i'd say that for the *average* (read:non-maniacal) enthusiast 215-220 is achievable for a streetable integra.

can the C cams run with a high-flow cat? also, this may sound dumb but can the C setup be smog legal? or whatever to be legal in CA.

Yes it all depends on your setup, with mine I will be making more power than the average spec C owner, yet will only be putting out close to normal ITR emissions Due to my Fabulous Headwork

Headwork was done by Klymenko Flow, great guy Eugene Klymenko, he has been doing headwork for years and years since the 60's and he started off doing motorcycles and expanded to basically everything from Viper's to Honda's. Email me if you want more info.
BTW I have a dyno graph here of a car with his headwork Stock gsr cams and block only mods are jdm 4-1, icebox, vafc, ITR manifold, and retuned ecu. It is putting down 190whp and 160lbs/ft Torque And timing is at 7 or 8 degrees if i remember correctly, also the combustion chamber is so efficient that he can run up to 13:1 compression without trouble (he's still at stock compression).
