code 16 and lot of smoke and smell off gas from exhaust

all i did was changed the oil and when i started my car it ran like crap with a bunch of codes then i unpluged the ecu and pluged it back in and it ran alot better but still has a code 16 and it's smoking pretty bad. can someone please help me with this.

The code is for the fuel injection system. I don't know any more than that.

its Fuel Injector code
either one fo ur fuel injectors its fried or theres a mafunction on the harness of the FI.... and its making ur injector to stay open and flood the cylinder.. happened to me when the #1 inj cable was fractured.....
