man that sounds like a pretty bad ripoff, I would do something about it... talk to the police and see what you can do

Yup he had it for sale in the forced induction classified section so much for going on the honers system.anyway I contacted his local police department and they said all I can do is go to VA and file a small claims report so I am pretty much screwed If anyone knows were I can get a nice side mount and a 1st gen bov for fairly cheap hit me up on pm........Just be careful who you trust

are these 'broken/destroyed' items, the same things you are trying to sell me?
IN an email you sent me:
14B turbo
HF manifold
Adapter Plate
Side Mount Intercooler
1st gen DSM BOV
FMU
Boost Gauge, A-pillar mount, Fuel Pump, and DSM 450 injectors
The t3/to4e is the only turbo out of the 3 I have that needs a rebuild but the 14b and the t3 were just rebuilt and never used since the rebuild let me know

some of the parts listed in the email are the same as you say you got broken or were destroyed.... i'm in no way accusing you, just curious as to if you are trying to sell these items because they are broken.

 

Wow that'd be really shady if he was trying to sell you these broken parts. Im gonna hope thats not what he was trying to do.

yea i'm really hoping thats not what hes trying to do. he seems like a trustworthy guy but after seeing this post i'm kind of sketched out about the whole thing. hopefully he has some sort of explanation....
