It used to work when I first got it. then one day it wasnt working all the time... on and off. now it isnt working at all. I can roll the windows down with the remote but they will not roll up when I arm the alarm. Please help.

I have the clifford solaris. the thing is I don't know anything about alarms. And I meant to say that I bought the car with this alarm. I didnt purchase this alarm my self and I dont think I have the PC interface with the alarm. I reset the alarm to factory settings and set everything up again but it still doesnt work.

The best thing to do is take it to an authorized clifford alarm dealer....they should help fix it....most shops have lifetime warranty...and all alarms have lifetime warranty......they are supposed to help you out with it for no charge...just bring the installer a 12 pack of beer or lunch or something for helping you out if they do......

i called up some shops that the clifford web site listed, they all wanted to charge me at least 35 bucks just to take a look. are they allowed to do this? one place said they have been a authorized clifford dealer for 10 years.
