Default Dyno tuning

Ok, maybe a dumb question, maybe not. With the stock P13 ECU, can someone dyno tune this? What I am asking is once I get my motor back, and have my new cams, springs, etc. installed, can it be dyno tuned with the stock P13 ECU, or do I have to get something aftermarket to tune it? I should note I had this ECU chipped a few years back with the old Dinan chip they used to sell for the H22A1 motors.

Feedback appreciated.

as far as i know with the stock ecu you can't tune. YOu can tune your timing, and if you had cam gears you could tune that. also if you had some sort of a piggy back then you can tune that, but you said that you had your ecu chipped with "Dinan chip ". Now it might be possible dyno tune if that chip is flashable but then that would require you or your shop to know how to interface with that chip and have a way to write to the chip unfortunatly i don't know much about the Dinan chip. this is all of course this chip wasn't soldered into the ecu.
