How do I correctly hook up the MAP sensor in an H22 Civic hatch swap?
As the topic states. Pics would be nice. I got the swap done. The car will stall out right away. The only CEL codes are O2, because it is not installed, and Code 3 MAP - manifold absolute pressure sensor. Other than that every thing is good to go.
Its a 92 Hatch.

You can use your civic map sensor. Just plug it into the harness and then run a vacumn line from the top of the throttle body to it. And then you can just tape it somewhere or zip tie it out of the way...
Also remember since your EGR is not hooked up dont mistake that plug for the map plug. They both look the same so if you have it plugged into the EGR valve then just take it out and plug the map onto that..
Yeah I am also running the Civic map sensor on my h22, did everyone just zip tie it to the firewall somewhere or what?

Yes, very sexy lol. The car started up perfect, no hesitation at all. It's just throwing those 2 codes. As soon as thats fixed we'll be on the road!
