Has this happened to anyone here?
Can anyone recommend a good electrician in the Southern Cali area that does honda or even preludes?

can't recommend a mechanic or electrician, but my first guess would be power wire or fuse to the gauge panel.
I'd start there if you're looking to do it yourself.
