my mechanic said if i take my ps belt off the oil is gonna spill out is this true??

 

umm no! haha, if you take your belt off and only your belt no oil will spill out. The belt only spins the power stearing pump, the oil is all held internally. I wouldn't recommend taking it off though unless you are going to be doing strait line racin only, if you take the belt off power gains are negligable, and it become a BITCH to turn the car even while moving.

You must have never driven a car with out ps, Its not really hard at all, and when you are moveing its almost like ps.

 

i have driven my lude without the PS, but all i did was take the belt off and nothing else, so i was pushing aginst the fluid, plus im weak hehe still not worth it in opinion
