looks like they stole the strobe lights off a real cop/ambulance car and took a pic just to be funny? if it's really a cop car, where's the stickers? it would be a bad *** unmarked car though.

Well the pic is from nj..
and in nj there are no blue on most of the cop cars in nj..
also the rear had white and some orangy color..
btw that is me in the black...
with the bushy hair..
