Exactly. Don't worry too much about it. As long as you're ok. I totalled my 89 CRX Si back in september, and I learned a lot by stripping it down and selling parts. It was a nice car, with a sohc vtec swap running low 15's, but hey, crap happens. You'll get something nice!

omg .. one of my fears in my crx is being rear ended by a suv .. sorry to see what happen but thats what i worry about happening to me too

 

did you have to cut the piece off yourself or did pick and pull cut it off for you?

 

Cut my self and friend took about less then an hour.

Chisel and hammer and Dewalt Sheer Metal Cutter from the back and door frame~~~

Whole panel from under the mud flap to the back hatch cut for 40bucks!!!
Mostly GLUE~~~

Sorry to hear about the car but here's what you should do...
Get a salvaged title for your car and the $$$ for the wreck then get a new CRX. Then with this one go to friends garage and weld it back and you can use it as a driver or a track car for auto X
