Wanting a swap

I have been saving money for the past 6 months and I want to buy my friends cousins Gs-R motor dont know how much I should pay it only has 15,000 miles and is really clean. How much do you guys think I should pay? Also how much does it cost to have someone install it for me? I have a 97 hatchback. Oh yeah how much would you guys pay for a full Gs-R suspension?

Expect to pay $3300-3800 complete for the swap.

You're gonna spend $500+ on labor

Full GSR suspension $400 or so
