ok, my dad's antenna broke, it broke in the "on" position, i need to know if the new 350z antenna is able to be put on his Z?? he wants to go aftermarket, but doesnt want too lose reception, because right now it still works, it just doesnt retrack when the car is turned off. he likes the sleeker look of the new Z antenna.. if anyone can help me out, it would be appreciated!.. thanx..

 

I would recommend he go aftermarket and get a Metra brand antenna. They mount on the inside of your window, and get better reception than stock. Then he can just shave the old antenna.
