Integras do not have any sort of antenna receiver. It's just a wire going from the headunit to the mast out back. It's not amplified like in S2000's, which have an amplifier unit underneath the rear quarter panel that the small mast attaches to.
And no, the S2K antenna mast by itself on an Integra will not yield very good reception. I even tried adding extra wires and running them up above the headliner to act like an extra "antenna" but still no good. Weaker stations will fade out quickly when I'm barely out of town.

Found it.

There is apparently a knock-off version of this antenna too. Check here on how to install that one. No idea where you can buy it, though.

That write-up shows the S2000 antenna install with the OEM amplifier included, which costs well over $100 new from Honda. The mast itself is what I have installed, which is only about $20 from a dealer, but my reception is not as good as stock. Oh well, it's been on my car over 5 years now, I'm pretty used to it.
