Should i buy this head? for how much ?

Its a d16 non-vtec port polished 3 angle valve job.. what you guys think? how much can i expect from this??? worth it or not? if so for how much

who did the work on the head? does it come with an aftermarket cam?

im assuming its a d16a6 head your talking about...
