Default what kind of oil should i use..?

I have a b16a2 head and b18c1 block in my car. In my head it has stage II cams,tt springs and retainers, and valves. What kind of oil should i use for my engine... I've been using 5-30 but it runs out to fast.

my friend has the same setup and he uses castrol gtx 10-40 regular because when he runs it really hard, it uses it up so he doesnt use synthetic for this reason. I run the castrol on my car as well, best oil in the business.Peace
