some ?'s

i got a stock b16 with comtec header and a iceman c/a/i i want nos wet . do i need aignition system to retard the timing or ami straight 4 now ? i heard when u run nos it has a problem with throughin o2 sensor codes and a a/f isn't really needed . oh i have a apexi vafc so do i need a a/f gauge? any tip on nos would be great i am just a allmotor kind of guy gettin in the stupid fast game thanx
