Default h22 running problem!? this is driving me crazy!

well my h dub deuce ek runs but not so well.... heres the deal:

idles a little rough and im getting some codes...7, 10, 20, 41...
now when i attemnt to hit the gas its kinda laggy and will only rev to 1200 the cut fuel and then rev to 1200 as long as your on the gas...now my setup is a chipd p28 and a 95 h22...now the car runs really rich and when you run the car for a period of time the plugs start to foul...i put some new plugs in and within one minute the plugs are black and have some gas on them? any help on this would be great! ive tried the dist and double chked everything...this is just really gettin to me? oh ya i also upgraded to a 255 fuel pump, could this cause the car to run so rich that its fouling the plugs and not burning enough fuel...then the ecu notices this and wont allow me to rev!? GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

also way to go team hondatech versus the ser.neter!!! i know this is old news...

Usually the O2 is the problem so make sure you O2 is good. Reason being is because if it's bad, it's going to send an incorrect signal to the ECU, and the ECU will interpret it incorrectly and give the wrong amount of air/fuel mixture to the motor, thus your spark plugs looking like they do. As for the code 20 (ELD), check all of your grounds on the motor and make sure they're all good.... that's usually the problem there (ground on the tranny, ground by the thermostat housing, ground on timing belt part of valve cover). Get those checked first and then check again to see what CEL's you're getting.

well i got another question for you guys...could a vacuum leak also be the cause of my problems!? when i first hit the throttle it will rev to 1200 then when i let go and hit it again it kinda bogs and "burps" in the IM....also when i cover the TB with my hand the engine still runs...so im thinkin it may be the gasket on my tps in which im also getting a code for!?

I'm throwing code 41 too.

SHould you be able to feel the o2 heating up? the element?

I've checked all the wiring, and it's for sure good.

I'm getting a new o2 anyhow, but the o2 sensor never gets warm to the touch at all, I was just curious if it should?

from what ive seen and heard is that when the exhaust heats up the o2 sensor the code will go away as long is its at opp temp. i dont really think this is my rev prob?
now when you swap and extend i think you need to sheild the power wire pretty good or youll get the dreadd 41 code!?

Well my code 41 never goes away at all even after the exhaust gets hot.

Hot_Eh test your resistance on your heater element it should be between 10-40 ohms. if is out spec then you know its not working at least the heater element.
