Default code 1 after running a stock and chipped p28?

I put a chipped ecu in and ran it hard around the block and then recieved a code1 this is the heated o2 sensor but when I resart the car its off... is this because I am running to rich?

..it could be.
What program is on yer P28 ecu? Mugen? if so, it does happen, but it will not hurt your engine performance....just gas mileage performance.

Perhaps its time for a new 02, since you say you get a code 1 with either a stock or chipped P28 ecu.
