Toda B valve adjustment specs....

Does anyone know the valve adjustment specs for an ITR w/ Toda B's? I have toda springs and portflow retainers. I was told that the sound is normal b/c the springs are so stiff? Can anyone confirm this?

i adjusted mine at .008 on the intake and .008 on the exhaust...per the person i bought them from
