Default Eibach Pro kit for 4th gen...need camber kit?

The Eibach Pro kit was on the car when i got it.
It was suppose to be only a 1.5in or so drop. I look at the tires and it seems the inside is wearing more than the outer part.
Is the car in need of a camber kit or is the alignment just off?
Anyone else have same set-up and problem with wear?

My guess is that you have some negative camber alignment. a elbach camber kit should fix you up just fine

Well i knwo0 i either need:
A. Camber kit
B. Alignment

So what i want to know is, i dont think a 1.5in drop warrents a camber kit....am i right?

But what im assuming is the Eibach Pro kit might have dropped it more than what it said it would....maybe 2 inches....

Who has had a similar expirience?

I got a 4g with eibach pro kits and kgb's on it. You dont need a camber kit. Just get an alignment and you should be fine. My tires do not wear out unevenly... maybe just a very very little on the inside but thats about it.

I've had the same setup as fe519 for about a year now and I don't see any uneven wear. I didn't even get an alignment either.

MORDECAIPSI: you asked, "which one should i get? camber kit or an alignment"

the answer is this, YOU CANNOT GET AN ALIGNMENT WITHOUT GETTING A CAMBER KIT. the only way to correct negative camber is to get a camber kit. its fairly easy to install, but if u must, go to your local autosports or a regular shop and get it installed... THEN YOU CAN GET AN ALIGNMENT... don't waste your money getting an alignment, if u get an alignment without getting a camber kit on first, the techs there will tell u, "your **** is off by so and so degrees, YOU NEED A CAMBER KIT" when u take the car to get an alignment AND you have camber kit installed, then they can adjust the alignment, otherwise its pointless to get an alignment... so if u wanna waste 80 bucks and get an alignment without having camber kit installed first, go ahead, they will just tell you the degree which it is off and u are still fucked with inner tire wear.

so your answer is this, get a camber kit if u want, but dont' get an alignment without one or the whole alignment is pointless.... however if u want, toe problems may come into play if u don't get an alignment. i hope this is clear enough.

Can you just put washers to move the camber? I heard this from someone so i may sound dumb.

i have the same setup (check sig.) with no problems. my tires wear evenly. oh and by the way the Pro-kit does NOT drop the car 1.5 inches. It's 1.25 in the front and 1 in the rear

that's not dumb... it works, however just for older models...
