Default CEL help!

car is 90 hatch w/ b16a1 and mugen chipped PR3 ecu...CEL only comes on every once in a while...I looked at the ecu for codes and all I see is the red light on w/ no flashes?? is that a code one for primary oxygen sensor? I've never seen this code before and am not sure what it is..Car does not want to run and bogs out when the CEL kicks on, but if I reset the ecu itll run fine w/ no problems? Everything was fine until I hooked up my VAFC. Im sure the wires are all correct. What could be causing this?

First Reset your ECU. If you dont know how to do that. Search.

Then turn you car on but dont start it. It should flash once. If it just stays on your ECU is faulty.

1 = Short blinks
10 = Long blinks

Search google for b16 ECU codes. Find out what code you are throughing. Fix problem. Move on with life. Have a nice day

Pop you hood and in the fuse box under the hood pull the hazard fuse out for about 10 seconds, that will reset the ECU.

so you are saying that the code LED is just constantly staying lit up? weird.
A 1 is about half a second long and a 10 is about a full second long.
You might want to ask a Tech at a honda dealership to see if they have ran into that problem before.
Like Bryant said it could be a faulty ECU.
